Overview:

By utilizing the services of AAA Shipment Company LLC. for the shipment of balikbayan boxes, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please read this document carefully before availing our services.

SHIPMENT INSPECTION:

All balikbayan boxes are subject to inspection by our authorized personnel for security and customs compliance. We recommend that you declare the contents of your box accurately on the provided shipping form.

MISSING ITEMS INVESTIGATION:

In the unfortunate event of a reported missing item, AAA Shipment Company LLC. will conduct a thorough investigation. This process may involve but is not limited to, reviewing security footage, interviewing personnel, and consulting with relevant authorities.

COMPENSATION LIMIT:

AAA Shipment Company LLC. will compensate the client up to a maximum of 10,000 pesos in the event that the investigation concludes that there is a genuine case of a missing item. This compensation is intended to cover the value of the missing item and does not include any incidental or consequential damages.

CLAIMS PROCESS:

To initiate a claim for a missing item, the client must notify AAA Shipment Company LLC. in writing within 7 days from the date of receiving the balikbayan box. The client must provide all necessary documentation, including the original shipping receipt, a detailed list of items, and any supporting evidence of the claimed loss.

EXCLUSIONS:

Compensation is not applicable if the missing item is a result of improper packaging, insufficient declaration, natural disasters, force majeure, or actions beyond the control of AAA Shipment Company LLC. Items prohibited for shipping by law or our policies are also excluded from compensation.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Any disputes arising from missing items or the compensation process will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration, as determined by the laws governing this agreement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

AAA Shipment Company LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the loss of a single item or multiple items within a balikbayan box.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

By using AAA Shipment Company LLC. services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
